What counts as a user license?
One active employee with sign-in access. Terminated employees don’t consume a seat — their record stays, the seat is freed. Candidates in your recruitment pipeline never consume licenses.
What happens if I exceed my seat cap?
You’ll get an upgrade prompt in the app. Alternatively you can pay per-seat overage: +$5/seat on Spark, +$8/seat on Pulse. Atlas has no cap.
Can I switch plans mid-subscription?
Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period; data outside the new plan stays read-only.
How does the trial work?
7 days, full access to the plan you chose, no card required. Mid-trial upgrades are allowed and your remaining trial days carry over.
What currencies do you invoice in?
USD (default), EUR, GBP, INR, MUR, AED — invoiced in the currency you choose at signup.
How does annual billing work?
Pay upfront for 12 months and get 15% off. The rate is locked for the year. You can still add seats mid-year at the same rate.
